It is not the corporate website of Aldar Properties PJSC, is not operated by Aldar, and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Aldar. All references to Aldar and to Sei Saadiyat are made for the purpose of identifying the project being marketed.
3. Project information is indicative
The residence types, payment plan and expected handover date shown on this website are indicative and remain subject to change by the developer without notice. Prices, floor areas, floor plans and unit availability have not been published by the developer and are not stated here.
No information on this website forms part of any contract. Every figure, date and specification must be verified against the developer's official sales and purchase documentation before any commitment is made.
4. Registration and enquiries
Submitting the registration form places your enquiry on a priority notification list. It is not a booking, a reservation, an option or an expression of contractual intent, and it creates no obligation on you or on us. No fee is charged for registering.
