What is stated, and what is not
Sei Saadiyat is a pre-launch project. The following are shown on this website and are indicative only, remaining subject to change by the developer without notice:

- the starting price of AED 2.95M
- the 50/50 payment plan (5% down payment)
- the expected Q4 2030 handover date
- the average unit size range (70–208 m² GSA)

- the published amenity list
- dimensioned floor plans, with room-by-room measurements in metres
The following have not been published by the developer and are not stated on this website. Any figure circulating for them is an estimate rather than a developer figure:
- a single total floor area (GSA) stated per individual unit
- the official price list, unit by unit
- the architect and interior design team
- the precise plot within the district
Imagery
The exterior, interior and amenity renders and the dimensioned floor plans on this website are official Aldar-issued material for Sei Saadiyat. The Prime Attractions pictures are photography and renders of the island's museums, beach, golf course and resorts, not of Sei Saadiyat itself. The two films are reference footage of Saadiyat Island. The remainder is licensed location or interior reference photography chosen to illustrate the stated design intent, not official project imagery.
Renders and floor plans are illustrative and subject to change during construction. Final specification, finishes and dimensions should be verified against Aldar's sale and purchase documentation before any commitment is made.
