What is stated, and what is not
Sei Saadiyat is a pre-launch project. The following are shown on this website and are indicative only, remaining subject to change by the developer without notice:

- the expected Q4 2030 handover date
The following have not been published by the developer and are not stated on this website. Any figure circulating for them is an estimate rather than a developer figure:
- the starting price and the official price list
- apartment floor areas and sizes
- floor plans and layouts
- the total number of homes
- the architect and interior design team
- the amenity list
- the precise plot within the district
Imagery
No image or film on this website depicts Sei Saadiyat. The About and aerial pictures are marketing renders of the Saadiyat Cultural District and its masterplan. The Prime Attractions pictures are photography and renders of the island's museums, beach, golf course and resorts. The two films are reference footage of Saadiyat Island. Everything else is licensed location or interior reference photography chosen to illustrate the stated design intent.
No Sei Saadiyat renders, floor plans or official project imagery have been released. No image here should be treated as showing the project's plot, massing, finishes or the view from any residence. All imagery will be replaced once official material is published.
