Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the authorised real estate marketing partner operating this website handles personal data collected through it. It is written to reflect the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
1. What is collected
Personal data is collected only when you choose to submit the registration form. The form collects:
- your name
- your email address
- your telephone number, together with the country dialling code you select
- the residence type you indicate an interest in
- any message you choose to add
In addition, the server records the IP address the enquiry was sent from and which form on the site it came from. This is used to identify and reject automated submissions.
2. What is not collected
This website sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising network and no social media tracking. No profile is built about you, and your data is not used for automated decision-making.
The two embedded films are hosted by Vimeo and are loaded with the Do Not Track parameter enabled. Vimeo may nonetheless receive your IP address when a film loads, under its own privacy policy.
3. Why it is collected
Your details are used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to send you project information for Sei Saadiyat — the brochure, layouts, price list and availability — as the developer releases it. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
4. How it is handled and shared
Enquiries are delivered to the operator's internal sales team through a private messaging channel. Your details may be shared with the developer, Aldar Properties PJSC, or with its authorised sales representatives, for the sole purpose of progressing your enquiry.
Your data is not sold, rented or traded, and is not shared with any party for their own marketing.
5. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and are then deleted. If you ask for erasure, records are deleted except where they must be retained to meet a legal obligation.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access the personal data held about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, submit the registration form with your request in the message field, quoting the email address or telephone number you originally provided so the request can be matched to your record.
7. Security
This website is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and data is submitted at your own risk.
8. Children
This website is not directed at anyone under 18 and personal data is not knowingly collected from minors.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The version published on this page is the version in force. Last updated 2 September 2026.
